Every model integrates proven HP thermal inkjet technology — HP FI-1000 PageWide and HP TIJ 4.0 printbars — with pigment-based HP ink.

Our printers handle a wide range of media including standard envelopes, letterhead, and direct mail pieces. Envelope thickness runs to 1/8" on the compact 1175 and 3/8" on the 1175C and 1175 Pro + PXG, and the 1175 Pro + PXG also processes packaging substrates up to 1/2" thick, such as bubble mailers, padded envelopes, paper bags, and small corrugate, making it highly versatile for both mail and packaging applications.

Production speed varies by model to fit different needs. The compact HP iJetColor 1175 produces up to 7,000 #10 envelopes per hour and the 1175C runs 6,210 to 10,000+ per hour, while our high-volume systems, like the HP iJetColor 1275 Pro, can reach speeds of up to 20,000 #10 envelopes per hour, making them ideal for replacing traditional offset printing for large runs.

Yes, all our digital inkjet printers support full-bleed (4-edge) printing for professional, edge-to-edge color. They are also equipped with robust RIP software that seamlessly handles variable data, making them perfect for personalized direct mail campaigns, addressing, and customized marketing materials.

Our presses are built to be faster and more profitable for short-run envelope production than offset, outsourcing, or toner, which allows our customers to maximize their profit margins on short-run jobs and other print services.
