The HP iJetColor 1175 Pro + PXG handles paper bags, small corrugate and other packaging up to 14" x 20" and 1/2" thick alongside envelopes at 10,000+ per hour. All output is full-bleed CMYK with PMS color matching from a PDF-based DFE and RIP, using pigment-based HP ink that is water, fade and scratch resistant.

iJetColor builds aqueous HP thermal inkjet presses, not UV or UV DTF machines, and it is worth being precise about that. The ink is pigment-based HP ink that is water, fade and scratch resistant; the printheads are HP TIJ 4.0 and HP FI-1000 PageWide. The HP iJetColor 1175 Pro + PXG prints direct to envelopes from 2" x 3.5" up to 12" x 17", and to packaging up to 14" x 20" and 1/2" thick, including paper bags and small corrugate, at 18 inches per second. Maximum print area is 11.7" x 17". If your application needs UV curing onto rigid or non-porous substrates, this is not the right press and we will say so.

There is no UV lamp, no UV varnish and no rigid-substrate flatbed in the line. If a project genuinely requires UV curing onto rigid or non-porous materials, an iJetColor press is not the right tool and the team will tell you that rather than sell around it.
